Lead and delivered 4 product features through their entire life cycle.
Conducted a research plan on multiple projects; including interviews with 30+ users, analyzing, synthesizing and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Collaborated with front-end and back-end engineers to build 10+ new components for the design system; including audits, research, and documentation.
Developed a persona with user interviews, affinity mapping, and info graph's. Presented themes and opportunities to a larger audience.

Collaborated with front-end and back-end developers to build an application for restaurant vendors.
Designed all hi-fi visuals in Figma, including a drag and drop feature, and customizable templates.

Wrote the scripts for all UX interviews, including: qualitative analysis, card sorting activity, storyboard testing, and prototype usability testing to find common pain points and frustrations for users.
Comprehensively interviewed 25+ potential users using the script, and then consolidating all material into a working report for the Founding team.
Mentored and lead interns in UX research on best practices in a team meeting. This included a role-playing exercise for conducting 1:1 user interviews, how to best consolidate and keep notes, and understanding user needs.
Used empathy maps, rainbow spreadsheets, and affinity mapping I synthesized data to create 3 personas used to project future product mapping.
Created a low-fi prototype in Figma and tested features before moving into hi-fi prototype

Conducted UX research by interviewing 4 top property managers to understand their common pain points and frustrations.
Consolidated all information/ further research into a trend diagnostic report.
Performed competitive analysis to gather must-have features, and created low-fi wireframes of the onboarding process.
Led usability testing, and based on consumer feedback added a review feature to help improve property recommendations and user satisfaction.
